Stress has been a part of my life since forever.  But I have found a few ways to melt it away - Here is a recent discovery made by my friend Susan and passed along to me.

Your dammed if you do it wrong ...but you are out of luck if you don't do it at all.

Crafting a Social Media Policy that encourages respectful use of social media in regards to your business is more important than most people understand.
1. It provides a clear statement to employees that your business is interested in social media and what is being said about the company and industry.
2. It is a starting point to educate your employees on legal use of social media e.g. copyright, confidentiality etc.
3. A good social media policy will err toward encouragement  - with an eye to creating brand ambassadors out of employees.
