Image via WikipediaI use Foursquare - but not often enough. Usually, I'll check-in while waiting for my appointment - I post who I am meeting and their business. Good exposure for both of us.
I did get a Free Frappuccino at Starbucks for checking in - as it grows in your town it will more goodies will be available.
